Cape Verde, beautiful archipell in Africa

CAPEVERDE
My travel: Maria and me have been for few days in Cape Verde, on one of the ten islands, called Sal. The most famous one for tourism. We took the 'Scuba Diver-license' there, is valid for 12 meters deepness. One of our days we also rented a quad-bike for 'going around' the island. Informations: You will find the 'Cape Verde archipell' in the Atlantic Ocean, western of Africa.It consists of 10 main islands and some other small ones. The capital is Praia in 'Santiago', southern of the archipell.The international airport is in Sal, at northern-east of Cape Verde; this place is also the most famous vacation destination for holiday-makers.The second place which is chosen by tourists is the island of Boa Vista. Both places offer sports and activities, like kite-surfing, diving, hiking, biking ecc.. |
